Stir-Fried Bok Choy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
  • 8 cups chopped bok choy both stems and leaves (2 big bok choys)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, sauté garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat for one minute.
  • Add bok choy and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until leaves are wilted and stems are tender, 3–5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
