chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried ginger

garlic

oil

soy sauce
or to taste

cups
chopped bok choy
both stems and leaves (2 big bok choys)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, sauté garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat for one minute.
Add bok choy and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until leaves are wilted and stems are tender, 3–5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.
