Lemon Garlic Sautéed Bok Choy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice from half a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Trim stem end off bok choy and slice lengthwise into quarters.
  • In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a small amount of oil until light brown.
  • Toss in bok choy. Cook until underside starts to brown, about 2 minutes.
  • Turn over and cook for 2 more minutes, until leaves wilt and the stems are tender. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice
