Stir-Fried Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
- 8 cups chopped bok choy both stems and leaves (2 big bok choys)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat for one minute.
- Add bok choy and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until leaves are wilted and stems are tender, 3–5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
