Lemon Garlic Sautéed Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice from half a lemon
Instructions
- Trim stem end off bok choy and slice lengthwise into quarters.
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a small amount of oil until light brown.
- Toss in bok choy. Cook until underside starts to brown, about 2 minutes.
- Turn over and cook for 2 more minutes, until leaves wilt and the stems are tender. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice
