Watermelon and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 ½ cups cucumber halved and sliced
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add your cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber and crumbled feta and toss well.

Notes

Some mint or minced red onion also works well in this salad.
