Microwave Corn on the Cob
This recipe is perfect to make dinner for one or when all you have available is a microwave.
Ingredients
- 1 ear corn
Instructions
- Place the corn with the husk on a microwave safe plate (or directly into the microwave).
- Microwave the corn on high for 4 minutes.
- Remove the corn from the microwave. Be careful, it will be hot.
- Cut off the bottom of the corn, slip off the husk and silk.
Notes
If you want to cook multiple ears of corn, add 2 minutes per ear of corn, so for 2 ears microwave for 6 minutes. Every microwave is different, check corn for doneness if you are doing multiple ears.
