Turnip and Carrot Salad
- 1 cup carrot (1-2 carrots) grated
- 1 cup turnips grated
- parsley or carrot greens optional
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
- 3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss with grated carrot and turnip.
