Roasted Turnips


  • 3 turnips
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Peel and dice the turnips.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper (directly on the baking sheet or in a bowl).
  • Form a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 25-35 minutes until soft and golden brown.
