Roasted Radishes

If you are not a big fan of fresh radishes, try this recipe that features radishes in a very different way. Roasting takes away some of the peppery taste, making them more mellow.
Servings 4 servings


  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt


  • Preheat oven to 400oF.
  • Cut radishes into halves or quarters.
  • On a baking sheet, toss radishes with olive oil and a pinch of salt and spread them out. Roast them face down to brown nicely.
  • Roast in the oven they are tender. This might take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of your radishes . Toss them once or twice during that time.
