Sautéed Leeks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3-4 large leeks sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot. Add the sliced leeks and a little salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the leeks get soft, about 10–12 minutes. The leeks will begin to brown, but do not let them blacken.
