Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- olive oil or other vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Cut the broccoli into florets of about the same size. If you have a longer stem, peel it, and cut into pieces.
- Put the broccoli florets on the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them.
- Season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to evenly distribute the oil and spread the florets evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until browned around the edges.
Notes
Add garlic or red pepper flakes.
