Radish and Cucumber Salad


  • 2 cups radishes sliced
  • 1 cup cucumbers quartered and sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Add radishes, cucumbers and onions and toss.
