- 2 bunches radishes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- pinch salt

- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Cut radishes into halves or quarters.
- On a baking sheet, toss radishes with olive oil and a pinch of salt and spread them out. Roast them face down to brown nicely.
- Roast in the oven they are tender. This might take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of your radishes. Toss them once or twice during that time.
