Roasted Cauliflower

Servings 4 servings


  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-size florets (about 8 cups), about 2 pounds
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Toss the cauliflower with oil, salt, and any other seasonings you may be using on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in hot oven until softened and lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting.


Optional ingredients:
garlic, amount to taste, roughly chopped
crushed red pepper
thyme (fresh or dried)
