Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9” x 13” baking dish.
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
Whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Add the apple pieces and the cubed bread.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
Stale French bread or other sturdy white breads work well.
Serve with maple syrup.
