Broccoli
olive oil or other vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Cut the broccoli into florets of about the same size. If you have a longer stem, peel it, and cut into pieces.
Put the broccoli florets on the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them.
Season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to evenly distribute the oil and spread the florets evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until browned around the edges.
Notes
Add garlic or red pepper flakes.
